Our 2022-2026 Investment Plan for the development of renewable gases will allow us to advance, sustainably and under taxonomy criteria, towards the decarbonization of the economy, accelerating the energy transition, and thus contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals framed in the 2030 Agenda.
Our Sustainability Plan contributes directly to the following SDGs:
The development of renewable gases to replace fossil fuels has numerous environmental benefits, including the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the promotion of the circular economy.
Furthermore, in accordance with the commitments set out in our Environmental Policy, we are working to implement appropriate environmental management. This enables us to identify, evaluate, and manage the impacts and dependencies of our activities related to environmental protection, pollution prevention, responsible use of water and energy resources, sustainable and circular use of waste, and preservation of biodiversity and ecosystems.
In this regard, we assess the environmental impact of all our projects according to the applicable legal instruments and following the best available techniques in the sector.
